The fabric I used for Row #15 is from

Windham Fabrics ~ Mary's Blenders ~ Green

Windham Fabrics

1. Cut fabrics B, E [Rotary Cutting~ #D + #E]

Fabric B:

5" wide strips ~ 2 FQ Strips or 1 WOF Strip ~ Cut down into 8~5" squares
1½" wide strips ~ 3 FQ Strips 1½ WOF Strips ~ Cut down into 15~1½" squares

Fabric E:

5" wide strips ~ 1 WOF Strip ~ Cut down into 8~5" squares

2. Make pairs of half-square triangles [Half-Square Triangles~ Pair] as follows:

     Use the 5" squares B + E to make 15 pairs of half-square triangles
     (Note: You will have one extra pair that you won't use for this quilt).
 

     Square up each unit to 4½"  square.

3. Sew [Corner Triangles] the corner triangles to the Fabric E corner, as illustrated.

4. Block ~ 4" finished size [Blocking].

5. Sew the 15 blocks into a row along the sewing lines, as illustrated.

6. Sew Row #15 to the top edge of the Row #14 finished section.
