     A~ Coloured fabric   

7" x 8"

2~3¾" squares

 

     B~ Background muslin

 

 2~3¾" x 4¾" 

1. Cut fabrics A + B [Rotary Cutting~ #F]

2. The quick technique makes two Three Triangles and a Square units that are the same. Make the Three Triangles & a Square units [Three Triangles & a Square] using the A + B fabrics.

    Square up each unit to 6½" square.

The quilt below uses 196 total units.

3. Lay out the units, as illustrated.

Quarter Quilt Layout

    Sew [Machine Piecing] the units together, as instructed:

    ~Sew the units together in pairs.

    ~Sew the pairs together, matching the points.   

    ~Sew the blocks into rows, and the rows together, matching the points.
